International Journal of Educational Leadership and Management (IJELM) is a peer-reviewed, open-access, biannual electronic journal devoted to the dissemination of research findings relevant to organizational issues in education from a multidisciplinary perspective, including management, psychology, pedagogy, history, sociology, politics, economics, and law. The journal welcomes diverse theoretical and methodological approaches, promoting both empirical research and theoretical contributions on educational leadership and management from local and international perspectives. IJELM aims to provide an international forum for scholars and researchers to exchange and expand knowledge on effective leadership and management practices that enhance educational outcomes. The journal places particular emphasis on rigorous research that contributes to improvements in educational leadership, management, and administration, including teaching processes, teacher quality, learning and organizational outcomes, educational policy, economics of education, and organizational learning in educational contexts. Mission The mission of IJELM is to foster the production and dissemination of high-quality academic knowledge that is theoretically grounded and methodologically rigorous, contributing to the advancement of educational leadership and management. The journal aspires to consolidate itself as an international forum for scholarly debate, promoting critical reflection on educational practices, policies, and processes, with particular attention to evidence-based approaches and the improvement of educational outcomes. Focus and Scope IJELM publishes articles that: Address organizational and educational leadership issues through a clear and robust theoretical framework. Present empirical, theoretical, or methodological research relevant to debates on educational leadership, management, and administration. Include case studies that provide analytical value and are connected to international debates in education. Examine educational and organizational processes, educational policies, teacher quality, economics of education, or organizational learning with clear practical and theoretical implications.
