La Revista de Comunicación de la SEECI, de acceso abierto Ruta Diamante, publica exclusivamente investigaciones originales e inéditas en el ámbito de la Comunicación Iberoamericana y sus derivadas específicas: Psicosociología de la Comunicación, lo Audiovisual (cine, radio y televisión), Internet y las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación (TIC y Redes), incluyendo su Docencia. Su público objetivo son los investigadores y académicos dedicados a estudios iberoamericanos en estos campos del saber. La revista es bilingüe español / inglés. El idioma oficial de la revista es el español, aunque se aceptan contribuciones en idioma original inglés, francés, italiano y portugués. A partir del año 2021 se publica de modo continuo, subiendo los artículos individualmente a medida que finaliza el proceso editorial en formato electrónico de libre acceso.
