The aim of the journal "Universities and Leadership" is to publish peer-reviewed research papers that present original results of research in the fields of educational leadership, higher education management and university strategic development. This periodical serves as a platform for publishing studies, analytical, scientific-and-methodological materials (monograph reviews, synopses of international educational events, analysis of success cases in university management, and interviews with academic community leaders who contribute to higher education system modernization).
