研究范围与定位

The aim of the journal "Universities and Leadership" is to publish peer-reviewed research papers that present original results of research in the fields of educational leadership, higher education management and university strategic development. This periodical serves as a platform for publishing studies, analytical, scientific-and-methodological materials (monograph reviews, synopses of international educational events, analysis of success cases in university management, and interviews with academic community leaders who contribute to higher education system modernization). Types of publications: Editor’s Note, original research papers, overviews and analytical articles, case studies, documents and materials, reviews, reports on scientific events, interviews. Journal objectives: development of national discourse on educational leadership and integration of Ukrainian research in the field of higher education into the global research area; promoting and advancing professional communication of scholars, administrators and educational practitioners, ensuring official recognition, high-quality expertise and dissemination of research results in the domains of university management theory and practice; supporting the transformation of the university environment via conceptualizing new leadership models, strategies for HEIs’ sustainable development and innovative approaches towards human and social capital management in the academic sphere.
