Please see our Article Types for more detailed information, including word counts. Please note: We are a fully open access journal, so article publication charges may apply. Submitted manuscripts are peer reviewed in a two-stage process while aiming for rapid publication of all papers. Some papers are offered for transfer from our sister journal Rheumatology – in this instance, we are able to utilise any reviews already received from Rheumatology reviewers. More information is detailed in the peer review process section below. If you are unsure as to whether your manuscript fits within our Aims and Scope, please send an abstract of no more than 250 words to rap.editorial@rheumatology.org.uk.
