Misión y objetivo general La Revista Universidad y Empresa (U&E), una publicación semestral fundada en la Escuela de Administración de la Universidad del Rosario en 1999, busca aportar al desarrollo, la crítica y la difusión del conocimiento propio del campo de la administración, en sus diferentes áreas, roles y aplicaciones, y de su objeto de estudio: las organizaciones. U&E lleva a cabo lo anterior a través de la publicación y difusión abierta (open access) de artículos de investigación científica y tecnológica, de reflexión y de revisión, los cuales son evaluados de manera anónima (double-blind review) por pares expertos (peer-reviewed). Estos artículos se caracterizan por ser originales, relevantes, rigurosos e interesantes, así como por tener una elevada contribución teórica o práctica y un robusto fundamento empírico o teórico. La Revista acoge y publica artículos en español, inglés y portugués provenientes de múltiples disciplinas, perspectivas, enfoques, metodologías y paradigmas epistemológicos. Por su contenido, constituye un recurso valioso para investigadores, profesores, estudiantes, directivos, gerentes, asesores, consultores y otros profesionales interesados en el campo de la administración, en sus diferentes áreas, roles y aplicaciones, y su objeto de estudio: las organizaciones.
