Publicação quadrimestral, em formato eletrônico, a ReCaPe reúne artigos, notícias de pesquisa, resenhas, traduções e entrevistas. As publicações são inéditas, resultantes de pesquisas científicas na área de Administração. Trata-se de uma revista dos Programas de Estudos Pós-Graduados em Administração da PUC-SP e da Faculdade de Economia, Administração e Contabilidade da USP. A parceria foi firmada a partir da atuação conjunta entre o Grupo de Pesquisa em Gestão de Carreiras e Transformações no Trabalho da PUC-SP e do Grupo de Pesquisas de Gestão de Carreiras da Universidade de São Paulo. Seu foco de interesse concentra-se em 3 grandes temas: Carreiras (produção de conhecimento dedicada à gestão de carreiras, pensamento estratégico na elaboração de planos de carreira e identidades da carreira contemporânea); Gestão de Pessoas (produção de conhecimento relativa ao contínuo ajuste de expectativas do indivíduo, da empresa, do mercado e das políticas públicas) e Capacitação Docente (produção de conhecimento, em perspectiva humanista, na formação de docentes em administração).
