La revista Pharmaceutical Care España (Pharm Care Esp.) publica trabajos sobre los procesos característicos de la Atención Farmacéutica: Dispensación de medicamentos. Indicación farmacéutica. Seguimiento Farmacoterapéutico. Servicios Profesionales Farmacéuticos Asistenciales (SPFA) que se pueden realizar en la farmacia o desde ella. Se incluyen las actividades relacionadas con la educación sanitaria y el uso racional y eficiente de los medicamentos que se desarrollen desde la farmacia comunitaria y/u hospitalaria o en las que participen los farmacéuticos asistenciales. En Pharmaceutical Care España se publican artículos originales, revisiones, documentos de consenso, notas clínicas y opiniones de expertos. También se publican revisiones sobre medicamentos o patologías enfocadas a la práctica de la Atención Farmacéutica. Pharm Care Esp. es una revista open Access, lo que quiere decir que todo su contenido es accesible libremente sin cargo para el usuario o su institución.
