Læring og Medier (LOM) er et online, open-access og peer-reviewed tidsskrift, der udgiver videnskabelige artikler om anvendelse af it og digitale medier til læring, undervisning og kompetenceudvikling. Tidsskriftet retter sig primært mod de videregående uddannelser, men orienterer sig også mod anvendelse af læring og medier på andre niveauer af uddannelsessystemet. Samtidig rummer tidsskriftet både institutionel og ikke-institutionel, formel og uformel brug af it og digitale medier til læring. Calls for papers kan være afgrænset til specifikke temaer og uddannelsesniveauer. Artikler uden for tema er også velkomne. Tidsskriftet er samtidigt et forum for udveksling af erfaringer med brug af it og digitale medier til læring og undervisning. Målgruppen for Læring og Medier er forskere, udviklere, undervisere og studerende, der arbejder med læring og medier. Tidsskriftet har til hensigt at bidrage med et udsyn til internationale tendenser og forskning, der kan støtte en kvalitetsbaseret udvikling af området på danske og skandinaviske institutioner. Læring og Medier udkommer to gange om året og er udelukkende tilgængeligt online.
