IJCER publishes original research articles, systematic reviews, meta-analyses, and scholarly discussions that advance knowledge in the field of education. All submissions undergo a double-blind peer-review process and are evaluated based on scientific quality, originality, ethical compliance, and relevance to the journal’s scope. The journal is an independent, open-access, online publication and publishes four issues annually (March, June, September, and December). The publication language is English, and all accepted manuscripts must meet high standards of academic writing and language clarity.
