All published papers, except editorial manuscripts, are subject to a double blind peer review process.The International Journal of Contemporary Educational Research (IJCER) aims to contribute to the advancement of educational sciences by publishing high-quality, peer-reviewed scholarly research that addresses contemporary issues in education from national and international perspectives. The journal prioritizes studies that demonstrate theoretical contribution, methodological rigor, and relevance to educational practice, policy, and research. IJCER publishes original research articles, systematic reviews, meta-analyses, and scholarly discussions that advance knowledge in the field of education. All submissions undergo a double-blind peer-review process and are evaluated based on scientific quality, originality, ethical compliance, and relevance to the journal’s scope. The journal is an independent, open-access, online publication and publishes four issues annually (March, June, September, and December). The publication language is English, and all accepted manuscripts must meet high standards of academic writing and language clarity. Language editing may be recommended where necessary.Authors must submit an ethics committee approval document for articles published in IJCER (only for necessary papers). The Editorial Board of the International Journal of Contemporary Educational Research is committed to complying with the criteria of the International Council of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE), World Association of Medical Editors (WAME) and Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
