Gestão e Desenvolvimento é a revista eletrônica semestral de acesso aberto do Mestrado Acadêmico em Administração da Universidade Feevale, com publicações desde 2004, que objetiva abordar os recursos e as capacidades internas bem como as relações interorganizacionais e os fatores externos que potencialmente influenciam o desenvolvimento organizacional em longo prazo. Intenciona-se abordar aspectos teórico-metodológicos, buscando construir bases para uma visão reflexiva e crítica no ensino e na pesquisa em Administração, por meio da articulação entre indivíduos, organizações e sociedade, considerando seus efeitos econômicos, sociais e ambientais.Gestão e Desenvolvimento is the semiannual open access electronic journal of the Academic Master's Program in Administration at Feevale University, with publications since 2004. It aims to address internal resources and capabilities, as well as interorganizational relationships and external factors that potentially influence long-term organizational development.
