Le projet éditorial de la revue en ligne frantice.net, avec le soutien de l’AUF, repose sur la volonté de soutenir la production scientifique, notamment celle des jeunes chercheurs, sur l’usage des TIC dans tous contextes éducatifs au Nord comme au Sud. Notre ambition est de soutenir une réflexion multiréférencée sur les TICE et leur apport aux évolutions de l'éducation et de la formation. Les questions de développement, largement discutées par ailleurs, seront ici débattues sous l’éclairage des enjeux, des effets, des contraintes et des leviers liés à l’intégration de ressources numériques à l’école ou en formation. Les contributions de recherche attendues ici porteront, entre autres, sur l’analyse de pratiques, de dispositifs pédagogiques, des politiques publiques, sur les effets de contextes pour l’intégration des TICE, sur les approches instrumentales et didactiques, sur les interactions rendues possibles… Nous espérons ainsi dynamiser un espace d’échange sur la recherche au Sud comme au Nord, dans un champ porteur de questions inédites pour l’éducation et la formation, autant sur les terrains fortement dotés que sur les terrains faiblement dotés technologiquement. Ces questions sont nécessairement solidaires des besoins de développement de toutes les communautés.
