Contabilidad y Negocios es una revista comprometida con el desarrollo y difusión de conocimientos científicos y recibe contribuciones provenientes de las áreas relacionadas a las líneas de investigación promovidas por el Departamento de Ciencias Contables de la Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú: Administración, Actualidad Contable, Contabilidad de Gestión, Auditoría, Banca y Finanzas y Ética en los negocios. El objetivo último de la Revista Contabilidad y Negocios es consolidarse como un referente global de la reflexión y difusión del conocimiento científico de las áreas previamente señaladas. Por ello, también recibe contribuciones provenientes incluso de otras disciplinas que exploren aproximaciones comparativas, tanto desde la historia, como desde las diversidades regionales de los temas que le competen.
