About this journal The Journal of Slavic Studies features research articles both in German and in English on the historical and contemporary state of Slavic languages, literatures and cultures; on their comparison; and their manifold relations with the Non-Slavic world. Literary and cultural studies focus on the history, poetics and semiotics of literature as well as other types of media.
