Yönetim ve Organizasyon Araştırmaları Dergisi (YOAD), yönetim ve organizasyon kapsamına giren bütün konularda mevcut yazın birikimine yeni bir şeyler katarak katkı sağlayabilen derleme ve araştırma makaleleri ile vaka çalışmaları, araştırma notları ve kitap eleştirilerini yayımlayan uluslararası hakemli bilimsel bir dergidir. YOAD, dünyanın her yerinden araştırmacıların örgütsel davranış, örgüt kuramı, stratejik yönetim, insan kaynakları yönetimi, yönetim tarihi, iş ahlakı vb. konularda özgün çalışmalarını Türkçe ve İngilizce olarak yayımlanabilecekleri bir platformdur. Yönetim ve organizasyon konu ve temaları ile ulusal ve uluslararası bağlamı dikkate alarak ilgilenen, özellikle de Türkiye ortamına odaklanan çalışmalar YOAD'ın kapsam alanına girmektedir. YOAD, yönetim ve organizasyon alanındaki sorunların bağlamı içinde anlaşılarak çözümlenmesine katkı sağlayabilecek özgün bilgilerin üretildiği bir platform olarak akademisyenlere, uygulayıcılara, öğrencilere, politika geliştiricilere ve karar vericilere hem küresel hem yerel bir perspektif kazandırabilecektir. YOAD, araştırma yaklaşımı ve yöntemi açısından tüm çalışmalara açıktır. Yönetim ve organizasyon camiasında etkileşimi ve bilgi paylaşımını disiplinler arası bir perspektifle geliştirmeyi amaçlamaktadır.
