In the execution of this basic task, the construction, development, preservation of the scientific heritage and the proper transfer of it to the next generations stand out as an important sub-task that the universities should observe. In this context, our journal aims to present the articles written in the field of social sciences since 1995 to you, after a rigorous arbitration and editing process.Manisa Celal Bayar University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences Journal of Management and Economics (ISSN-1302-0064/E-ISSN- 2458-8253), since its establishment in 1995, has been continuing its publication life in the field of Social Sciences especially Economics, Business Administration, Finance and in various sub-science fields such as Political Science, Public Administration, International Relations, Labor Economics and Industrial Relations. Journal of Management and Economics is a referred international journal thats published four times a year, March, June, September and December.
