Wirapuru. Revista Latinoamericana de Estudios de las Ideas se propone construir un espacio de reflexión y difusión del pensamiento desarrollado desde América Latina, promoviendo la producción de teorías, conceptos, categorías, imágenes, narrativas, destinadas a pensar no solo nuestra región, sino también el mundo. Su propuesta es abonar un pensamiento situado, para contribuir a un tipo de reflexión que aborde los dilemas específicos de América Latina, a sabiendas de su capacidad de explicar sus propios problemas, pero también de brindar herramientas para dilucidar con un sentido universal el tiempo que nos toca vivir. Se interesa muy particularmente por retomar la tradición latinoamericana del ensayo.
