Мета наукового збірника "Вісник Київського національного лінгвістичного університету. Серія "Філологія" – інтегрувати нові напрацювання філологів (українських і зарубіжних) у таких напрямах, як: теорія і методологія мовознавства, літературознавства, перекладознавства; когнітивна семіотика, міждисциплінарна дискурсологія, етнолінгвістика, лінгвокультурологія, психолінгвістика, лінгвофілософія, соціолінгвістика, прагмалінгвістика, корпусна лінгвістика тощо. Завдання наукового збірника – сприяти науковому обміну між українськими й зарубіжними фахівцями, забезпечуючи публікацію актуальних результатів проміжних або кінцевих теоретичних і прикладних філологічних досліджень, що відображають інноваційний потенціал сучасної гуманітаристики. "Вісник Київського національного лінгвістичного університету.
