La nueva edición de la revista "Veritas&Research", presenta al lector un espacio dedicado a la divulgación de hallazgos rigurosos que abordan las dinámicas educativas, psicológicas y organizacionales de nuestro entorno contemporáneo. Este número reúne una valiosa selección de investigaciones empíricas y revisiones sistemáticas que enfatizan en la comprensión de los factores que impulsan el desarrollo humano, la efectividad pedagógica y la formación integral. A lo largo de sus páginas, el lector encontrará valiosos aportes distribuidos en dos ejes fundamentales: 1. Psicología Educativa y Desarrollo Cognitivo-Conductual: Investigaciones que profundizan en variables clave como la competencia personal, la autoeficacia, la flexibilidad psicológica, los rasgos de personalidad y los procesos de autorregulación académica, analizando su impacto directo en el rendimiento estudiantil y las actitudes hacia la investigación científica. 2. Innovación Pedagógica, Currículo y Gestión Organizacional: Estudios enfocados en la evaluación de competencias gerenciales en el sector empresarial, el impacto de estrategias dinámicas como la gamificación en la educación superior y el análisis crítico de la alineación curricular en la formación docente.
