TRAMA, REVISTA DE CIENCIAS SOCIALES Y HUMANIDADES es una revista académica, electrónica, internacional y producida por la Escuela de Ciencias Sociales del Instituto Tecnológico de Costa Rica, con sede en Cartago, Costa Rica. Esta revista es publicada semestralmente: el primer número abarca enero-junio y el segundo cubre julio-diciembre. Se reciben artículos escritos en español, portugués e inglés. Trama está dirigida a investigadoras/es, extensionistas, docentes, estudiantes de grado y de postgrado, y a todo público. Esta es una revista gratuita y de acceso abierto diamante. Así, las personas interesadas pueden presentar sus propuestas de artículos sin ningún costo económico, tanto para el procesamiento, revisión y recepción del documento, como para su eventual publicación. La cobertura temática de la revista comprende el quehacer de la Filosofía, Ciencias Sociales, Humanidades, Psicoanálisis, Derecho y disciplinas afines. Desde un enfoque inter y trans disciplinario, la cobertura temática puede incluir, asimismo, artículos que exploran o producen conocimiento desde el vínculo de dichas disciplinas y campos del saber, con las ingenierías y las ciencias naturales. Los objetivos de la revista son: Construir un espacio de discusión teórica, metodológica, epistemológica y de la praxis de la Filosofía, Ciencias Sociales, Humanidades, Psicoanálisis, Derecho y disciplinas afines con las ingenierías y las ciencias naturales. Comunicar conocimiento producido desde procesos de enseñanza-aprendizaje, investigación, extensión y acción social, acordes con un diálogo de saberes, de cara a los desafíos que presenta el mundo contemporáneo.
