Trabajos y Comunicaciones Segunda Época (ISSN 2346-8971) es una revista científica semestral (enero-junio y julio-diciembre) desde el año 2015– que publica artículos originales e inéditos, reseñas y noticias sobre archivos y fuentes en idioma español, inglés y portugués sobre cuestiones referidas a la historia, como así también a otras disciplinas vinculadas a ella, manteniendo desde siempre un criterio pluralista e inclusivo en cuanto a los enfoques historiográficos. La revista fue fundada en 1949 por el Departamento de Historia de la Facultad de Humanidades y Ciencias de la Educación de la Universidad Nacional de La Plata. Trabajos y Comunicaciones tiene como objetivo la divulgación científica de trabajos elaborados por docentes-investigadores, graduados y alumnos en las más variadas temáticas de la historia, reflejando los avances historiográficos y los contenidos disciplinares que se enseñan en las universidades argentinas y latinoamericanas. La publicación está dirigida a la comunidad académica universitaria y a los profesores de los niveles terciario y secundario.
