A Revista Tópicos Educacionais, uma publicação do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Educação do Centro de Educação da Universidade Federal de Pernambuco, tem como objetivo primordial divulgar a produção científica direta ou indiretamente relacionada à educação, publicando manuscritos inéditos que contribuam para o avanço do conhecimento na área e fomentem a realização de novos estudos e pesquisas. Tópicos Educacionais é editada em português, em versão on line, e recebe submissões, em fluxo contínuo, nos idiomas português, inglês, espanhol e francês. O periódico considera o grau mínimo de doutor (ou em doutoramento) para autores interessados na submissão de artigos. No caso co-autorias, um dos autores deve, necessariamente, possuir o referido título. Os autores mantêm os direitos autorais e concedem à revista o direito de primeira publicação, com o trabalho simultaneamente licenciado sob a licença http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 que permite o compartilhamento do trabalho com reconhecimento da sua autoria e publicação inicial nesta revista.
