TheoretiCS is a Diamond Open Access electronic journal covering all areas of Theoretical Computer Science (TCS), created in December 2021. All content is freely available without charge. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author. This is in accordance with the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) definition of open access. Authors are not required to pay any publication fees or article processing charges, and retain copyright. TheoretiCS is published by the TheoretiCS Foundation e.V.. The journal is a joint effort of the TCS community. Its policies are decided by the Advisory Board, mostly consisting of representatives of major TCS conferences. TheoretiCS strives for top quality scholarship in Theoretical Computer Science, broadly construed. It publishes original research, explicitly including suitably revised and extended versions of conference papers. To be accepted, a paper must make a significant contribution of lasting value to a relevant area of TCS, and its presentation must be of high quality. Articles are intended for researchers working in all areas of TCS. Our Editorial Board covers the following areas of TCS: Algebraic Complexity Algorithmic Fairness Algorithmic Finite Model Theory Algorithmic Game Theory Algorithmic Graph Theory Algorithms Approximate Optimization Approximation Algorithms Artificial Intelligence Automata Theory Automated Reasoning Circuit Complexity Coding theory Combinatorial Optimization Combinatorics Complexity Computational Algebra Computational Economics Computational Geometry Computational Social Choice Computer Security Concurrency Constraint Satisfaction Cryptography Data Structures Databases Distributed and Parallel Algorithms Distributed Computing Functional programming Game Theory Graph Algorithms High-Dimensional Data Information Theory Learning Theory Logic Machine Learning Markov Chain Monte Carlo Method Metric Embeddings Number theory Online Algorithms Online and Stochastic Optimization Parallel Algorithms Parameterized Complexity Privacy Probabilistic Analysis of Algorithms Probability Theory Programming Languages Quantum Computing Randomized Algorithms Security Statistical Physics Statistics Structural Graph Theory Types Verification.
