A Terra de Pretos, é uma publicação científica multidisciplinar da Universidade Federal do Maranhão, do Centro de Ciências de Codó e do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Ensino na Educação Básica, com o objetivo de promover e divulgar pesquisas nacionais e internacionais sobre História, Educação, Ensino, Ciências e Matemática. A Terra de Pretos traz em seu nome uma homenagem ao município de Codó que historicamente e antropologicamente é conhecido como “Terra de Pretos”. ISSN 2675-7028 A revista mantém publicação com periodicidade anual em fluxo contínuo.
