Teoría y Derecho es una Revista de Pensamiento Jurídico con la que la Editorial Tirant pretende desarrollar un espacio de creación intelectual en el que la inteligencia y la reflexión al nivel más alto sean los protagonistas. El primer compromiso de Teoría y Derecho es con la calidad. Para ello se ha arbitrado un riguroso sistema de selección de originales y se ha estructurado un Comité Científico y Comité Editorial de alto nivel. Las otras líneas centrales de la revista son la pluralidad que se pone absolutamente de manifiesto en todos los debates, la originalidad de los contenidos y la visión interdisciplinar que los mismos han de tener.
