Миссия журнала: формирование научных школ и направлений в области юриспруденции; повышение значимости исследований в области теории права, государственно-правовых и гражданско-правовых наук; создание платформы для научных публикаций, содержание которых позволит использовать выводы и предложения научных исследований в правоприменительной практике. Цели журнала: способствовать научному анализу и обоснованию правоприменительной и правотворческой деятельности; становлению правовой доктрины в качестве источника права в Российской Федерации и международном сообществе, исходя из актуальных проблем правопонимания в постиндустриальном обществе; новых подходов и дискурсов в правовых науках российских и иностранных ученых. Журнал также имеет целью знакомить российских юристов с работами иностранных авторов и наоборот в целях расширения правового кругозора читателей и обмена опытом решения тех или иных вопросов правоприменения. Предмет публикаций: публикации научных исследований, обзоров в сфере теории права и государства и иных отраслей права, комплексных научных исследований. Целевая аудитория: ученые-исследователи, эксперты и практики в сфере юриспруденции и смежных научных дисциплин, а также все заинтересованные лица.
