У науковому журналі висвітлюються актуальні питання теорії, історії та практики вітчизняної та зарубіжної хореографічної культури, а також міждисциплінарні проблеми, дотичні до означеної сфери. Зміст журналу відбиває основні напрями новітніх досліджень хореографічної культури. Автори торкаються проблемних аспектів методології та термінології хореологічних досліджень; відтворення цілісної панорами розвитку хореографічної культури України, її регіональних особливостей в історичній ретроспективі; місця та ролі хореографії в контексті інших мистецтв; ролі особистості у розвитку хореографічного мистецтва. Також до кола проблематики публікацій входять особливості методик та технологій хореопедагогіки, діяльності видатних педагогів, системи хореографічної освіти тощо.
