The Journal publishes papers of Russian and foreign scientists in Russian and English. Young researchers can publish their dissertation findings in the Journal as well. The Journal’s target audience covers representatives of the scientific and expert community, university professors, graduate students, and master’s degree students who study socio-economic development of territories at the theoretical and empirical level. Materials published in the Journal contain factual information and put forward authors’ suggestions aimed to solve current issues of social development; thus, they can be interesting and useful for state and municipal authorities, business representatives, and anyone interested in economics and social development.
