SAR and QSAR in Environmental Research is an international journal publishing high-quality research articles, review articles, and rapid communications on structure-activity relationships (SAR) and quantitative structure-activity relationships (QSAR). The journal aims to advance the understanding and application of SAR and QSAR methodologies across disciplines. Our focus is on emerging techniques for building SAR and QSAR models, bridging diverse fields, and promoting interdisciplinary collaboration. We welcome submissions covering fundamental, practical, and real-world applications in environmental science, agrochemistry, toxicology, pharmacology, natural products, and applied chemistry. We value simulated and theoretical modeling studies with quality assurance, validated data, and experimental studies that demonstrate rigorous scientific methodology. Topics include, but are not limited to: Topological and physicochemical descriptors Mathematical, statistical, and graphical methods for data analysis Computer methods and programs Original applications and comparative studies Molecular Docking (MD) and Molecular Dynamics Simulation (MDS) for drug candidate screening, environmental chemistry, toxicological studies, and pattern recognition The journal will consider special issues on topics of current and widespread interest to the SAR and QSAR research community. Peer Review Policy All submitted manuscripts are subject to initial appraisal by the Editor-in-Chief, and, if found suitable for further consideration, to rigorous and rapid peer review by independent, anonymous expert referees. All peer reviews are double-blind, and submissions are made online via the Submission Portal.
