Couvrant tout le spectre des sciences de gestion et du management, dans leurs différents sous-champs disciplinaires, la Revue française de gestion (Rfg) est la principale revue francophone dans le domaine. La Rfg a été fondée par la Fnege en 1975 en vue de doter la communauté francophone d’une revue académique équivalente aux meilleures revues anglo-saxonnes. Elle souhaite contribuer au développement d’une pensée théorique francophone, innovante, dans le domaine des sciences de gestion et du management, ainsi qu’à sa valorisation auprès des mondes académiques, professionnels et étudiants de la francophonie et au-delà. La Rfg défend l’idée que les sciences de gestion et du management sont des sciences fondamentales qui, par l'étude empirique des phénomènes organisationnels, permettent de construire des connaissances essentielles à la compréhension et à la conduite des organisations tant dans leurs dimensions techniques, politiques qu’humaines.
