A principal missão da Revista Textura-ULBRA é oportunizar e promover a divulgação da produção científica nas áreas de Educação e de Letras, buscando incentivar o debate acadêmico para a produção de novos conhecimentos e novas discussões. Essa Revista aceita para publicação trabalhos inéditos oriundos de pesquisa de autores nacionais e estrangeiros, em língua portuguesa, inglesa, espanhola ou francesa. A editoria estimula e agradece antecipadamente o envio de artigos, colaborações e material para qualquer uma de suas seções, destacando que não publica relatos de experiência. Os originais devem versar sobre temáticas que se articulem às áreas de abrangência dessa Revista, ou seja, Educação e Letras. Os trabalhos com vistas à publicação devem ser submetidos para avaliação através do nosso sistema eletrônico e serão recebidos com o entendimento de que a Textura-ULBRA terá o direito de publicá‑los com exclusividade. Enquadrando‑se no escopo e padrões editoriais da Revista, os trabalhos serão encaminhados a consultores editoriais ou a pareceristas Ad Hoc para avaliação. Estes manifestarão à editoria sua apreciação sobre a qualidade e pertinência da publicação, recomendações ou solicitações de atualização ou modificação dos mesmos. Os consultores editoriais ou os pareceristas Ad Hoc não terão conhecimento da autoria dos textos submetidos à sua avaliação, nem os nomes dos avaliadores serão informados aos autores (blind review). A Revista Textura é uma publicação aberta, sendo financiada com recursos próprios da Universidade Luterana do Brasil.
