A revista Segurança Alimentar e Nutricional é uma publicação científica eletrônica do NEPA (Núcleo de Estudos e Pesquisas em Alimentação) da UNICAMP (Universidade Estadual de Campinas) criada em 2005, que adota sistema de publicação contínua e atende a uma política editorial definida. Desde 2015 a Revista integra o Portal de Periódicos Eletrônicos da UNICAMP e a partir de 2016 os artigos publicados passarão a ter DOI (Digital object identifier) tornando mais fácil a busca e disseminação dos trabalhos publicados.
