La REVISTA ODIGOS es una publicación científica cuatrimestral (febrero, junio y octubre) de la Universidad Tecnológica Israel cuyo propósito es publicar, en español e inglés, artículos de investigación científica y desarrollo tecnológico vinculados a las Ciencias de la Ingeniería, Exactas y Naturales (ciencia y tecnología, computación, física, matemática, telecomunicaciones, electrónica). Está dirigida a docentes, investigadores y profesionales que estén interesados en la actualización y el seguimiento de los procesos de investigación científico-tecnológica en esta área del conocimiento. Es de acceso abierto y gratuito, por lo que no se cobra ninguna tasa por presentación ni por procesamiento de artículos (Article Processing Charge - APC), ni para autores ni para lectores. Todos los gastos, insumos y financiamiento de la Revista Científica UISRAEL provienen de los aportes realizados por nuestra entidad editora: Universidad Tecnológica Israel. La REVISTA ODIGOS es una publicación científica arbitrada que se atiene a las normas de publicación del Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) y que utiliza el sistema de evaluación externa por expertos (peer-review) siguiendo la metodología de pares ciegos (doble-blind review). El cumplimiento de este sistema permite garantizar a los autores un proceso de revisión objetivo, imparcial y transparente, lo que le facilita a la publicación su inclusión en bases de datos, repositorios e indexaciones internacionales de referencia.
