Orienta-se por princípios éticos e pelo compromisso com a inovação dos saberes, assegurando acesso livre, gratuito e imediato ao seu conteúdo (Diamond Open Access). O escopo do periódico abrange múltiplos domínios do conhecimento nas áreas de gestão, tecnologias e inovação, com destaque para: gestão empreendedora e estratégica; marketing e sistemas de informação; novas tecnologias e transformação digital; engenharia de produção, com ênfase em operações industriais, logística, cadeias de suprimentos e sustentabilidade; bem como gestão financeira e contábil, alinhada à governança corporativa, entre temas correlatos.
