La REH se enfoca en difundir investigaciones que contribuyan a ampliar los conocimientos en el área de la estomatología y la salud pública odontológica, y que, a su vez, generen el debate académico de la comunidad científica. La REH es una revista de acceso abierto patrocinada por la Facultad de Estomatología de la Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia. Está dirigida a estudiantes, docentes e investigadores de pre y posgrado en el campo de la odontoestomatología. Es una publicación de periodicidad trimestral y sus manuscritos son revisados por pares bajo la modalidad de arbitraje a doble ciego. La REH ha iniciado un proceso progresivo de traducción de sus contenidos al inglés, priorizando los artículos publicados a partir del año 2024. Este servicio se brinda sin costo alguno para los autores.
