A Revista Eletrônica de Ciência Administrativa (RECADM) possui como missão fomentar a produção científica na área de Administração mediante o funcionamento como espaço interdisciplinar adequado à divulgação e debate de trabalhos de desenvolvimento teórico e teórico-empíricos relacionados à dinâmica das organizações e à prática da Administração. Espera-se artigos que possam contribuir teoricamente, independentemente do escopo teórico e analítico. Isso implica em rejeitar propostas com foco puramente empírico, sem a devida articulação conceitual. Estudos bibliométricos e revisões sistemáticas de literatura são desencorajados, sendo aceitos no processo de revisão somente quando há argumentos teóricos e conceituais que os sustentem de forma robusta. O público-alvo do periódico é composto por pesquisadores, docentes e discentes da área de Administração e afins e por profissionais de organizações públicas, privadas e do terceiro setor.
