La Revista Diecisiete nace de una colaboración entre el itdUPM y Acción contra el Hambre, con la vocación de contribuir a la consecución de la Agenda 2030 desde la ciencia, la investigación y la difusión del conocimiento. En un momento que requiere nuevos modelos de alianzas y colaboraciones radicales, esta revista científica nace con la intención de ser un vehículo para apoyar la difusión de estudios e investigaciones interdisciplinares sobre la transformación hacia la sostenibilidad, en sus tres dimensiones: social, ambiental y económica. Es, por tanto, un medio pensado para investigadores y autores de cualquier campo de conocimiento, comprometidos con el cambio, que estén desarrollando métodos de trabajo, investigaciones o innovaciones basadas en la colaboración con otros campos diferentes y complementarios a los de su especialización.
