Se trata de una revista científicica de contenido Jurídico perteneciente a la Facultad de Ciencias Jurídicas y Sociales de la Universidad Nacional de La Plata, con un alcance destinado a la comunidad académica y al público en general, que hace foco en las problemáticas sociales actuales desde el derecho, pero abarcando diversas disciplinas del resto de las Ciencias Sociales. En concreto encontrarán artículos de doctrina, comentarios a fallos judiciales y leyes nacionales y provinciales. También se publicarán entrevistas a actores relevantes del quehacer institucional, político y judicial. Por último, existen secciones destinadas a dar a conocer trabajos, tanto de grado como de posgrado, realizados por estudiantes y graduados de la Facultad de Ciencias Jurídicas y Sociales de la UNLP. Además se dará un espacio destacado tanto a los proyectos de investigacion y, en especial a sus avances, como a las actividades de extensión que se realizan en nuestra Facultad de Ciencias Jurídicas y Sociales. Cada número, de salida trimestral, lleva la ilustración en las portadas de cada sección de un artista de nuestra Ciudad o Región y en las contra portadas las poesías de un autor platense. La difusión se hace través de los portales institucionales de la UNLP y mediante la página web oficial de ReDeA (www.derechosenaccion.com.ar).
