La Revista Derecho y Salud es una publicación científica y espacio de reflexión interdisciplinaria impulsado por la Sala de Derecho a la Salud del Instituto de Investigación en Ciencias Jurídicas (IDI-CJ) de la Universidad Blas Pascal. Este proyecto editorial trasciende el estudio exclusivo del derecho a la salud, promoviendo el diálogo entre diversas disciplinas que enriquecen su abordaje. La revista prioriza el intercambio de ideas desde perspectivas jurídicas, bioéticas, filosóficas, médicas y forenses, integrando enfoques como el derecho constitucional, civil, comercial, del consumo, procesal y médico, entre otros. Comprometida con el rigor académico, la revista publica investigaciones originales que cumplen con estándares metodológicos exigentes. Para garantizar la calidad de los contenidos, se aplica un sistema de revisión por pares (doble ciego) en las secciones correspondientes.
