A Revista de Gestão e Secretariado - GESEC tem como objetivo a publicação de trabalhos inéditos que contribuam para a promoção e divulgação de temas fundamentais da gestão em todas as áreas do conhecimento. O conteúdo da GESEC pretende ser relevante e interessante para um amplo público leitor, o que contribui para a compreensão e discussão da administração e da academia em todo o mundo. Para serem publicados na revista GESEC, os autores devem aderir a altos padrões de pesquisa e contribuir com teoria e/ou prática em áreas afins, independentemente de o nível de análise ser a organização, região ou país. A GESEC desafia os potenciais autores a produzir investigação diferenciada, de elevada qualidade, fundamentada na teoria e com elevado rigor metodológico. A demonstração de uma efetiva contribuição conceitual será considerada no processo editorial da revista. Para submeter seu artigo (idioma português, inglês e espanhol), acesse a página de submissão online (faça o login e faça o download do modelo). Todos os artigos estão sujeitos a um processo de revisão duplo-cega. A GESEC exige um ID de colaborador (consulte ORCID e Redalyc ID) para todos os autores. ORCID é um identificador exclusivo persistente para pesquisadores e funciona de maneira semelhante ao Digital Object Identifier (DOI) de um artigo. Os ORCIDs permitem uma atribuição precisa e melhor descoberta do trabalho publicado de um autor. O autor precisará de um ORCID registrado para enviar um manuscrito ou revisar uma prova nesta revista.
