Foco e Escopo A Revista de Estudos Constitucionais, Hermenêutica e Teoria do Direito (RECHTD) da UNISINOS é uma publicação quadrimestral (abril, agosto e dezembro) que tem por finalidade divulgar artigos científicos, artigos de reflexão e resenhas cujo conteúdo afine-se com as seguintes temáticas gerais: Hermenêutica, Constituição e Concretização de Direitos; Sociedade, Novos Direitos e Transnacionalização. Os artigos ou trabalhos inéditos serão publicados em português, inglês ou espanhol, devendo sempre passar pelo corpo de pareceristas que atua no sistema double blind review. Embora seja característica típica deste sistema às cegas, reitera-se que durante o processo de avaliação não será revelado o nome do autor aos pareceristas, nem os nomes destes ao autor. Processo de Avaliação pelos Pares A publicação dos artigos está sujeita à aprovação prévia da Comissão Editorial da revista, após o que serão submetidos à avaliação do tipo peer review feita por, pelo menos, dois pareceristas externos. A aceitação final dos artigos depende dos seguintes critérios: Recomendação dos pareceristas; Efetivação dos ajustes necessários pelo(s) autores(es); E aprovação da Comissão Editorial, cuja resolução contemplará seis diferentes avaliações: Aceitar; Correções obrigatórias; Submeter novamente para avaliação; Enviar para outra revista; Rejeitar Ver comentários Política de Acesso Livre Esta revista oferece acesso livre imediato ao seu conteúdo, seguindo o princípio de que disponibilizar gratuitamente o conhecimento científico ao público proporciona maior democratização mundial do conhecimento. Licenciamento Os artigos publicados na RECHTD estão licenciados sob a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International , permitindo-se cópias e reproduções, no todo ou em parte, sem restrições, desde que o trabalho original seja corretamente citado.
