Foco e Escopo A Revista de Doutrina Jurídica é periódico especializado, de natureza técnico-científica e de publicação contínua do Tribunal de Justiça do Distrito Federal e dos Territórios (TJDFT). Tem como objetivo incentivar a produção técnica e científica de magistrados e demais profissionais ligados às atividades jurídicas, inclusive as de apoio, com vistas a estimular o debate de temas relevantes para a Justiça Comum Estadual, além de fortalecer a cultura editorial e promover a memória institucional do TJDFT. Assim, o TJDFT propõe-se a fomentar o intercâmbio de informações e de conhecimento entre o Tribunal, o meio acadêmico e as demais instituições de natureza pública ou privada, nacionais ou estrangeiras. Responsabilidade Os artigos submetidos na Revista de Doutrina Jurídica são de responsabilidade exclusiva de seu autor, não refletindo a opinião do TJDFT, nos termos do artigo 32 da Portaria Conjunta 107 de 5/112021. Periodicidade A Revista Doutrina Jurídica a partir do volume 112 de 2021, passa a adotar o sistema de publicação contínua (rolling pass), tornando a publicação do artigo mais rápida. Não há fascículos, nem periodicidade como usamos atualmente. Publicaremos os artigos aprovados em vários conjuntos em um volume por ano. O sumário completo e o editorial serão publicados junto com o último conjunto de artigos do volume do ano. Histórico do periódico A Revista de Doutrina Jurídica (ISSN 2675-9640), teve seu início em 1966, com o título Revista de Doutrina de Jurisprudência, com periodicidade semestral no formato impresso. sob o ISSN 0101-8868.
