A Revista de Direitos Fundamentais nas Relações do Trabalho, Sociais e Empresariais é uma publicação semestral “open access” editada pelo Conselho Nacional de Pesquisa e Pós-graduação em Direito (CONPEDI). Para tanto, o periódico traz artigos doutrinários inéditos, nacionais e estrangeiros por autores convidados de significativo conhecimento do tema, tanto de âmbito nacional quanto internacional.Já os artigos submetidos (em português, espanhol e inglês) passam necessariamente pelo sistema Double Blind Review, em que o artigo é avaliado por Doutores em Direito que desconhecem os autores, assim como estes desconhecem os seus avaliadores. A avaliação ocorre, necessariamente, por no mínimo dois pareceristas ad hoc (avaliadores). Todavia, caso haja discrepância superior a três pontos (avaliação de zero a dez), ocorrerá uma terceira avaliação. Importante destacar, que os avaliadores são professores de programas de Mestrado e Doutorado em Direito e foram (e continuarão sendo) indicados pelos coordenadores dos programas de Pós-graduação em Direito stricto sensu de todo o Brasil, reconhecidos pela CAPES/MEC.Para garantir a longevidade das publicações e facilitar a sua identificação no meio eletrônico, todos os artigos aprovados serão registrados no sistema Digital Object Identifier – DOI. Além disso, as edições são divulgadas por meio da plataforma Facebook – Index Law Journals < https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100012884325538&fref=ts >.A gestão editorial é automatizada por meio de um sistema operacional concebido pelo “Public Knowledge Project - PKP”. Sendo este sistema conhecido como "Open Journal Systems (OJS)". A plataforma digital OJS adotada por este periódico, é conhecida no Brasil como Sistema Eletrônico de Editoração de Revistas (SEER), tendo sido traduzido e customizado pelo Instituto Brasileiro de Informação em Ciência e Tecnologia – IBICT.Atualmente, este periódico está indexado nas seguintes bases de dados: Latindex (em avaliação); OpenAire; PKP INDEX; Ebsco Host; ErihPlus (em avaliação); Gale Cengage Learning; Redib; Livre; Dialnet (em avaliação) e Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ em avaliação). Esses indexadores internacionais têm como objetivo promover a divulgação e visibilidade dos artigos publicados pela revista.
