Diretrizes MISSÃOConstruir um espaço aberto para pesquisadores, professores, estudantes e profissionais que buscam disponibilizar os resultados de suas pesquisas sobre temas em administração. FOCODivulgar a produção científica em Ciências da Administração, visando contribuir para a discussão e desenvolvimento do conhecimento. O público-alvo é formado por pesquisadores, professores, estudantes e profissionais que realizam estudos e pesquisas sobre temas relacionados às áreas temáticas da Revista. ESCOPO A RCA tem interesse em publicar artigos teóricos e teórico-empíricos que adotem a filosofia de “acesso aberto”, permitindo o acesso livre e irrestrito ao seu conteúdo, nas seguintes áreas temáticas: Finanças; Organização e Sociedade; Estratégia e Marketing; Produção e Desenvolvimento; Gestão Universitária. Qualis - CAPES A RCA é classificada no Qualis da CAPES como A3, na área da Administração pública e de empresas, ciências contábeis e turismo. Histórico do periódico Em 1998, os Professores Dante Marciano Girardi, Liane Carly Hermes ZaneIla, Mario de Souza Almeida, Rolf Hermann Erdmann e Valeska Nahas Guimarães compuseram a primeira Comissão Editorial da RCA, tendo como Editor Chefe, o Professor João Nilo Linhares. Desde então, diversos Professores do Departamento de Ciências da Administração participaram do desenvolvimento da RCA, chegando até os dias atuais. Foram publicados dois números por ano até 2006 e, a partir de 2007, passou-se a publicar três números por ano. Em 2015, foi publicada a primeira edição especial. A partir de 2023, iniciou o processo de publicação em fluxo contínuo, adotando um número por ano. Em 2024, foi publicada a primeira edição com acessibilidade.
