Foco e Escopo A Revista da Faculdade de Direito da Universidade Federal de Uberlândia, publicação semestral, atualmente classificada no estrato Qualis A2 (2021-2024) , disponível em versões impressa (ISSN 2177-4919) e eletrônica (ISSN 2178-0498), destina-se à divulgação da produção acadêmica dos docentes e pós-graduandos da Faculdade de Direito "Prof. Jacy de Assis", estando aberta também para a divulgação de artigos inéditos encaminhados por colaboradores nacionais e estrangeiros. A linha editorial do periódico encontra-se vinculada à área de concentração do Curso de Mestrado em Direito da Faculdade de Direito "Prof. Jacy de Assis" intitulada "Direitos e garantias fundamentais", dividida em duas linhas de pesquisa, quais sejam, "tutela jurídica e políticas públicas" e "sociedade, sustentabilidade e direitos fundamentais". Neste sentido, a revista objetiva publicar artigos sobre a temática, segundo diferentes perspectivas e abordagens metodológicas, sejam elas de Direito Público ou de Direito Privado, bem como contribuições provenientes de áreas correlatas.
