A Revista Digital Constituição e Garantia de Direitos (RDCGD) é um periódico brasileiro de acesso aberto vinculado ao Portal de Periódicos Eletrônicos da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN), que realiza a publicação semestral de trabalhos inéditos relacionados às Ciências Jurídicas e Ciências Sociais Aplicadas, desde que os estudos sejam voltados ao Direito e seus fundamentos constitucionais, de forma a apresentar resultados e pesquisas sobre as atividades dessas áreas. A revista é multilíngue e publica trabalhos em português, espanhol, francês e inglês. O periódico oferecesse acesso livre imediato ao seu conteúdo, seguindo o princípio do acesso aberto, gratuito e público do conhecimento científico à comunidade acadêmica e à sociedade em geral, bem como o pleno exercício da democratização do conhecimento. Ademais, adota o sistema de avaliação duplo-cega por pares em seu processo editorial. Público-alvo: O público-alvo da revista abrange pesquisadores, docentes e discentes pós-graduação, e profissionais ligados ao ramo do Direito.
