Clínica Contemporánea es una revista coeditada por el Colegio Oficial de la Psicología de Madrid y la Fundación del Colegio Oficial de la Psicología de Madrid. Esta revista fue la primera de acceso libre editada por el Colegio en formato exclusivamente electrónico, que pretende abrir un nuevo marco de expresión y divulgación de nuestro quehacer profesional, donde poder compartir nuestra práctica clínica y terapéutica, y la teoría que la sustenta. La peculiaridad de Clínica Contemporánea es que se trata de una revista que cubre el espacio existente entre la investigación empírica y la práctica clínica, específicamente dirigida a profesionales de habla hispana de todo el mundo, y abierta a los diferentes modelos teóricos asentados en nuestra disciplina, con un Consejo de Redacción plural que refleja la diversidad teórica y las distintas áreas de intervención. La revista pretende ofrecer un espacio en el que, siempre cumpliendo criterios rigurosos de calidad, tengan cabida trabajos originales que den cuenta de todo el amplio espectro de la práctica científica de la psicoterapia. Los objetivos principales de la revista son: Promover la reflexión teórico-práctica, actuando como catalizador del análisis crítico y la discusión científica en el campo de la psicoterapia. Contribuir a la difusión de experiencias de trabajo tanto desde el punto de vista clínico y terapéutico como desde el punto de vista técnico y teórico. Facilitar la comunicación entre diferentes profesionales de habla hispana en las áreas del diagnóstico, la psicoterapia y la salud. Se admitirán trabajos que, con rigor y respetando el formato científico de publicación, recojan aportaciones teóricas y experiencias prácticas que en psicología se realicen en la atención, evaluación, prevención y promoción de la salud, desde los distintos enfoques o perspectivas de intervención que se desarrollan en los ámbitos público y privado.
