La Revista Científica y Tecnológica UPSE (RCTU) de la Universidad Estatal Península de Santa Elena, es editada por el Instituto de Investigación Científica y Desarrollo de Tecnologías (INCYT) desde el año 2012. Ciencias de la Ingeniería Ciencias de la Ingeniería en Electrónica, Telecomunicaciones y Computación Ciencias de la Ingeniería en Industrial, Civil y Ambiental Ciencias Agrarias y Biológicas Ciencias Agrarias: Agronomía, Zootecnia y Agrícola Ciencias Biológicas: Biotecnologías, Ecología, Biología Marina y afines RCTU es de acceso abierto enteramente gratuita sin APC (Article Processing Charge), editada en formato electrónico (e-ISSN: 1390-7697) e impreso (ISSN: 1390-7638), en idioma español, con periodicidad semestral (junio y diciembre).
