La Revista Científica Cultura, Comunicación y Desarrollo (RCCD) es una publicación editada por la Editorial UniversoSur perteneciente a la Universidad de Cienfuegos “Carlos Rafael Rodríguez”. Surge en el año 2016 con el objetivo fundamental de contribuir a la difusión de investigaciones, experiencias, trabajos teóricos y metodológicos, tanto de carácter académico como profesional, que se realizan en nuestro país y en el ámbito internacional, relativos a tres líneas temáticas fundamentales: Cultura y Sociedad, Ciencias de Comunicación Social e investigaciones relacionadas con Ciencia, Tecnología y Sociedad (CTS).
